About The Position
4 Seasons AC has partnered with Costco Wholesale. We are seeking friendly and motivated Lead Generators to represent our company inside Costco stores. This position offers flexible hours and part-time (15-20 hours per week) or full-time options. The role involves generating high-quality sales leads by engaging with customers in a retail environment, collecting customer information, and maintaining a positive brand presence for both 4 Seasons AC and Costco.
Requirements
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner.
- Creating brand awareness (We do AC!).
- Customer Service (being friendly & helpful).
- Acquiring leads (user friendly lead app).
- Maintaining a positive, professional presence representing both 4 Seasons AC and Costco the brand.
