About The Position

Ayoroa Simmons is seeking a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to identify decision-makers at architecture firms, engineering firms, general contractors, developers, and institutional owners, and to open conversations that turn into project opportunities. This role involves a credibility-driven outreach approach, representing a firm with a strong reputation in reality capture and Scan to BIM services. The specialist will work at the intersection of technology and the built environment, building relationships with technical buyers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation, business development, or sales experience
  • Able to learn and credibly represent technical services to non-technical decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Self-directed and organized; able to work independently
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools

Nice To Haves

  • Background in AEC, construction technology, geospatial, or surveying
  • Working knowledge of BIM, point cloud, LiDAR, laser scanning, or digital twin workflows
  • Existing network of contacts at AEC firms, developers, or institutional owners in the Eastern U.S.
  • Experience using Dodge Construction Network, BuildingConnected, or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Build and work a targeted prospect list across the Eastern U.S. (AEC firms, developers, building owners, GCs, MEP engineers, historic preservation firms, and institutional facilities teams)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone with educational and sales-oriented messaging
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the project and technical team
  • Track pipeline signals such as permit filings, project announcements, RFP activity, and industry news
  • Maintain CRM records and deliver a weekly pipeline report
  • Continuously test and refine messaging based on resonance with prospects
