Requirements
- Completion of an HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- HVAC License.
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred but not required.
- NATE Certification is desired but not required.
- HVAC Journeyman is desired but not required.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC/R courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
