Requirements

• Completion of an HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma.
• At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree is preferred but not required.
• HVAC Journeyman certification is desired but not required.
• NATE Certification is desired but not required.
• Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC/R courses.
• Provide academic advising to students.
• Participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
