This role is not a production install job but focuses on quality craftsmanship across a variety of projects including custom homes, remodels, light commercial projects, and new construction. Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience in residential HVAC, with exposure to remodels, retrofits, new construction, mini-splits, or light commercial projects
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship
- 3–5 years in HVAC
- 1+ year leading or training apprentices
- EPA Universal Certification
- A clean driving record + ability to lift 75 lbs
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification
- Mechanical trade school
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Hydronic or boiler experience
- OSHA training or mechanical school
Responsibilities
- Install residential new construction systems
- Install residential remodels
- Install residential retrofit and replacement systems
- Install ductless mini-split systems
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Install indoor air quality products and humidifiers
- Install light commercial HVAC systems
- Install ductwork and ventilation systems
- Ensure installations are done correctly the first time
- Take pride in work and leave customers impressed
