About The Position

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join their Cincinnati team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Lead Installers, learning how residential heating and cooling systems are installed while gaining hands-on experience for a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No extensive HVAC experience is required; the company is seeking dependable, motivated individuals ready to learn and work. Logan Services has been serving homeowners in Ohio since 1969 and emphasizes investing in training, employee growth, and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HVAC Lead Installers with the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems.
  • Help transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
  • Learn proper HVAC installation techniques by working alongside experienced installers.
  • Follow all company safety procedures when working with electrical components, refrigerants, tools, and heavy equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each installation.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.
  • Learn how HVAC systems operate and develop basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Accurately document materials used and jobsite information when required.
  • Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and take advantage of opportunities to develop your HVAC skills.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.
