Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Dayton team. You'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers, learning how residential heating and cooling systems are installed while gaining the hands-on experience needed to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No extensive HVAC experience is required. We're looking for someone dependable, motivated to learn, and ready to put in the work. Requirements

• Previous HVAC experience is a plus, but it is not required. We're more interested in your attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Lead Installers with the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Help transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
• Learn proper HVAC installation techniques by working alongside experienced installers.
• Follow all company safety procedures when working with electrical components, refrigerants, tools, and heavy equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each installation.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.
• Learn how HVAC systems operate and develop basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Accurately document materials used and jobsite information when required.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and take advantage of opportunities to develop your HVAC skills.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.
