About The Position

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join their Dayton team. This role involves working alongside experienced Lead Installers to learn how residential heating and cooling systems are installed, gaining hands-on experience for a long-term career in the HVAC industry. No extensive HVAC experience is required; the company seeks dependable, motivated individuals ready to learn and work. A $250 tool kit or a $250 sign-on bonus is offered to help new hires get started.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Lead Installers with the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Help transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
• Learn proper HVAC installation techniques by working alongside experienced installers.
• Follow all company safety procedures when working with electrical components, refrigerants, tools, and heavy equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each installation.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.
• Learn how HVAC systems operate and develop basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Accurately document materials used and jobsite information when required.
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and take advantage of opportunities to develop your HVAC skills.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.
