Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
Responsibilities
- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Assist with equipment replacement and new system installations
- Ensure installations meet company and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Deliver professional and courteous service to homeowners
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
