HVAC Installation Technician – $45K–$100K | Paid Weekly All Air in the heart of Covington is an individually owned and operated HVAC company looking for an Installer . Competitive hourly pay with opportunities to earn overtime, bonuses, and commissions — with a potential of $100K+ per year based on performance Year-round, full-time work — no slow seasons 6 major holidays off PTO after 90 days Tool account for when “accidents happen” Company uniform 401(k) available Tablets and work phone Ongoing training to stay up to date on the newest technology Opportunity to grow into a Lead Installation Technician role Plus much more What we expect from you: 2+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience required (trade school alone does not qualify) EPA 608 Universal Certification Ability to work install jobs from start to finish with efficiency and attention to detail Take pride in clean, high-quality installs done the right way the first time Document all job details, including photos and notes Clear, respectful communication with customers and office staff Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Work well with your install team and communicate with office staff Make honest and ethical recommendations when needed Clean MVR (must be insurable) Clean criminal background check Clean drug test Ability to lift 50–200 lbs (we’ve got help when needed) Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus This isn’t a place for clock-punchers or installers who cut corners. Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience required (trade school alone does not qualify)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Ability to lift 50–200 lbs (we’ve got help when needed)
- Clean MVR (must be insurable)
- Clean criminal background check
- Clean drug test

- Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
