This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee installation operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards for every project. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with installation technicians, coordinators, the warehouse/inventory manager, and the sales team to complete projects on time and within budget. Requirements

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of installation best practices and safety compliance
Experience with scheduling, job costing, and inventory management
Ability to mentor and develop technicians
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Plumbing experience is a plus
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred
Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar field service software

Responsibilities

Lead & Manage the Install Team – Oversee installation operations, set performance expectations, and ensure a high-quality standard
Optimize Efficiency & Profitability – Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor costs to improve installation workflow
Coach & Train Install Technicians – Conduct training programs to develop technical skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities
Ensure Compliance & Safety – Enforce company and OSHA safety policies, as well as local and national building codes
Drive Customer Satisfaction – Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring top-tier service on every install
Monitor & Improve Performance – Track KPIs, conduct quality control checks, and implement process improvements
