About The Position

ECI Comfort is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional HVAC Installation Manager to lead an already talented team of installers. This isn't a department that needs to be rescued; it’s one looking for leadership. It's a department with a strong foundation that is ready for its next level of leadership. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, raising standards, and creating an installation experience that customers remember for all the right reasons. You'll lead our installation department from the moment a job is sold through completion while helping improve efficiency, quality, training, communication, and operational excellence. You'll also oversee the warehouse and material flow to ensure your team has everything they need to succeed, but your primary responsibility is leading people and building a world-class installation department. Requirements

Leadership experience in the HVAC installation field.
Proven ability to develop and mentor a team.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices.
Experience in improving operational efficiency and quality control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage warehouse operations and inventory.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a family-owned company.
Knowledge of the Delaware Valley region.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop our residential HVAC installation team.
Recruit, hire, and mentor installers and apprentices.
Build future leaders within the department.
Improve installation quality and consistency.
Reduce callbacks and warranty issues.
Coach technicians through ride-alongs and field training.
Improve scheduling, labor efficiency, and profitability.
Work closely with Sales and Service to create an outstanding customer experience.
Oversee warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and material readiness to support the installation team.
Continuously improve systems, processes, and accountability.
