Requirements
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in a variety of environments.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
- Takes pride in doing the job right the first time and treats customers and teammates with respect.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
