As our HVAC Install Supervisor, you will lead our installation operations from the front—supervising field personnel, maintaining elite quality control, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • EPA 608 certification.
  • Fully proficient in installing HVAC systems, including completing simple low-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
  • Proven capability to train, develop, and motivate a high-performing installation department.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain policies, procedures, and guidance to both management and field employees.
  • Elite multi-tasking skills with the ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
  • Strong commitment to safety compliance and regular, reliable attendance.

  • Any active air conditioning certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and mentor a team of HVAC installation technicians while coordinating their training and development activities.
  • Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure all installations meet contracted scopes, manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local mechanical/building codes to eliminate callbacks.
  • Support scheduling logistics, implement operational policies, and monitor the efficient use of materials and labor to maximize profitability.
  • Directly communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers, resolving any installation issues promptly to secure high satisfaction.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations to protect team safety, company assets, and our brand reputation.
