Requirements

• 7+ years of HVAC install experience
• Already the go-to person on your crew
• Hold yourself to elite standards (and expect the same from others)
• Ready to lead, teach, and develop junior techs
• Care about customer experience, not just getting the job done
• Do not make excuses—solve problems
• 7+ years HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lead jobs and crews independently

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to complete high-quality HVAC installations from start to finish
• Ensure zero-callback, right-the-first-time installs
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job
• Troubleshoot and solve complex install challenges
• Keep your truck, tools, and jobs organized and dialed in
• Work closely with sales and operations to execute at a high level
