About The Position

All Airs Home Services is a growing HVAC company with over 30 years of combined experience, dedicated to providing reliable service and expert installation of heating and air conditioning systems. We have a stable commercial and residential client base, with a significant portion of business coming from referrals and long-term customer relationships. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to manage residential installations from start to finish, ensuring quality, code compliance, and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, with proven experience leading installs or crews
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • High level of accountability and pride in quality workmanship
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, attic and vertical splits, and ductwork, ensuring proper efficiency and functionality
  • Direct and mentor install helpers and apprentices on site, assigning tasks and verifying quality of work
  • Perform system startup and commissioning on newly installed systems to confirm proper operation
  • Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, mechanical codes, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with management, dispatch, and the install team to keep the daily schedule on track
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory
  • Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and truck inventory
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times
  • Participate in company provided training to stay current with industry changes
