About The Position

This role is for an HVAC Install Lead Technician who will be responsible for performing all HVAC replacements to code, soldering, and electrical work associated with HVAC projects. The technician will also conduct thorough HVAC inspections, communicate findings to clients, perform necessary calculations for HVAC work and invoicing, and adhere to all state HVAC codes. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and apprentices on performance metrics.

Requirements

• EPA Certified
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable HVAC experience (for bonus requirement)

Nice To Haves

• NATE Certification preferred
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred
• 5-7 years of verifiable work experience in HVAC install

Responsibilities

• Perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicate findings to the client
• Perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Know and adhere to all state HVAC code
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics
