Requirements

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• 3 years of experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated

Responsibilities

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Problem-solve technical issues related to HVAC installations.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
• Run a crew (implied by Lead Installer experience requirement).
