About The Position
Southern Air of Shreveport is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated HVAC Install team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year. The role involves working alongside experienced installers, receiving hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, and assisting with parts, tools, and installation at job sites. The company is a family-owned and operated business with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability, prioritizing employees with ongoing training and rewards.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
