Emergency Air Heating and Cooling is based in Chandler, AZ and proudly serves customers throughout the greater Phoenix Valley metro area. Requirements

• No prior HVAC experience required — we will train the right person
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Installers with residential system installations and replacements
• Help load, unload, and organize equipment, materials, and tools
• Assist with preparing job sites and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Support installers with ductwork, equipment setup, and installation tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Learn HVAC installation skills through hands-on training and field experience
