About The Position

Are you a driven HVAC leader who thrives on running tight operations, leading strong crews, and delivering flawless installs? We’re looking for an HVAC Field Supervisor who takes ownership, drives results, and builds winning teams every day.
Your Mission
Own and optimize the daily operations of our HVAC installation department. You’ll ensure every job is completed on time, with precision, and at a Five-Star standard, while keeping communication seamless between sales, logistics, and install teams.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re winning when:
100% of jobs are reviewed and fully documented before install
Zero material issues show up on job sites
Crews are assigned effectively with minimal rework or reassignment
95%+ on-time starts with crews dispatched before 8:00 AM
Teams are aligned through 3 daily check-ins
98%+ of jobs pass final checklist with complete paperwork
Payroll is accurate and on time—no delays from logistics
Stronger team morale, smoother installs, and fewer issues
95%+ job completion without callbacks

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC installation (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and install best practices
• Sharp attention to detail in scheduling, materials, and execution
• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
• Excellent communicator who bridges field and office teams
• Tech-savvy (experience with ServiceTitan, Outlook, or similar tools is a plus)
• High school diploma or GED (HVAC training preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (NATE or similar a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills

Responsibilities

• Review job specs, assign crews, and manage the install board
• Ensure all materials and equipment are ready before dispatch
• Lead daily team check-ins to drive readiness and accountability
• Oversee post-job documentation, photos, and closeouts
• Manage payroll, inventory, and overtime
• Partner closely with sales and logistics for seamless execution
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and compliance for install teams
• Conduct jobsite visits and run effective team meetings
