As an HVAC Field Install Supervisor, you will lead and support the installation team to ensure high-quality work, efficient operations, and an exceptional customer experience while developing your team to perform at their best. Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Lead Installers, Install Assistants, and Apprentices
Provide daily field support, including ride-alongs, hands-on coaching, and technical guidance
Oversee installation quality through job reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
Ensure jobs are completed accurately by reviewing contracts, equipment, and materials
Track team performance metrics and partner with leadership to improve results
Resolve customer concerns related to installations in a timely and professional manner
Enforce safety standards, company policies, and local code compliance
Step in to lead operations when the Installation Manager is unavailable
