About The Position

As an HVAC Field Install Supervisor, you will lead and support the installation team to ensure high-quality work, efficient operations, and an exceptional customer experience while developing your team to perform at their best. This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing Lead Installers, Install Assistants, and Apprentices. You will provide daily field support, including ride-alongs, hands-on coaching, and technical guidance. The supervisor will oversee installation quality through job reviews, audits, and performance evaluations, and ensure jobs are completed accurately by reviewing contracts, equipment, and materials. Additionally, you will track team performance metrics, partner with leadership to improve results, and resolve customer concerns related to installations in a timely and professional manner. Enforcing safety standards, company policies, and local code compliance is crucial. You will also step in to lead operations when the Installation Manager is unavailable.
