Responsibilities
- Assist with installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Support Lead Installers with system replacements and new installations
- Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
- Prepare jobsites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and HVAC components
- Help test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project
- Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service while treating every customer's home with respect
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and coaching
