Requirements

Ten (10)+ years of residential HVAC experience and three (3) years in a leadership role.
Associate degree, trade school certificate, or equivalent HVAC training and experience.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation procedures, and industry best practices.
ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC installation technicians.
Oversee daily installation schedules to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
Review and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team performance, quality, and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews on complex jobs.
Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete each job successfully.
Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and regular coaching sessions to support employee growth.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new installation team members as needed.
