Requirements

  • Ten (10)+ years of residential HVAC experience and three (3) years in a leadership role.
  • Associate degree, trade school certificate, or equivalent HVAC training and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation procedures, and industry best practices.
  • ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC installation technicians.
  • Oversee daily installation schedules to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
  • Review and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team performance, quality, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews on complex jobs.
  • Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete each job successfully.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and regular coaching sessions to support employee growth.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new installation team members as needed.
