Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable, dependable, and eager to grow.
  • Team player who enjoys working outdoors and in different environments.
  • Lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly.
  • Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work with tools for extended periods.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or HVAC experience is a plus—but not required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Preparing work areas and keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Learning installation techniques from experienced Lead Installers.
  • Using hand and power tools to drill, cut, assemble, and install equipment.
  • Assisting with basic electrical and mechanical connections under supervision.
  • Caring for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Following all safety procedures and company quality standards.
  • Providing friendly, professional service while working in customers' homes.
