About The Position

A well-established and growing HVAC company with offices in Las Vegas and Reno is hiring an experienced HVAC professional with a history of working for HVAC companies. The HVAC Foreman works with customers and technicians, helps continue staff training, and keeps the team inspired. This position offers year-round work and an opportunity for advancement. Salary is based on experience (BOE).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years of verifiable work experience in multifamily HVAC field work.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company-provided vehicle.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly presence and excellent customer service skills.
• Honest, dependable, and motivated.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights exceeding 6 feet.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians.
• Help continue staff training and keep staff inspired.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Work independently or as part of a team, including safely working unsupervised.
• Work overtime, nights, and weekends when necessary.
