About The Position

Waterbury Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Service Coordinator to help lead their team. This role involves coordinating and scheduling a team of HVAC service technicians in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that the company’s daily priorities are achieved. The company has been serving the Sioux Falls area since 1950, offering heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and duct cleaning services, and emphasizes treating employees like family and customers like friends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of HVAC service technicians
• Work directly with Service Manager to ensure proper job process adherence
• Conduct service job costing and maintain service price book
• Direct interaction with customers in need of service
• Assist in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule service jobs as necessary
• Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
• Hands on experience with the technical aspects of the services offered
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
• Experience in training and developing
• Other duties as assigned
