About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite position at the Cleveland Electric Company's Lithia Springs, GA (Pre-Fab Shop). Cleveland Electric, a leading specialty contractor in Atlanta for nearly 100 years, is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support its operations. The role involves managing service requests, preparing documentation, and providing administrative support to construction site staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • A minimum of six months of experience in an Administrative role required
  • Ability to remain professional and diplomatic in stressful situations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Experience using and manipulating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and expert in using Microsoft Word
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/ English) strongly preferred
  • Construction experience and familiarity with contracts preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for service and assistance from Contract Manager, clients, and superintendent
  • Prepare, issue, and send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks
  • Manage RFI Program
  • Assist construction site staff with office equipment and materials
  • Prepare and transmit daily field labor reports
  • Perform general office duties such as making copies, document control, processing mail, and answering phones
  • Oversee and process day-to-day administrative items such as expense reports, supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, budgets
  • Update project /delivery schedules, reports, change orders and documents based on revisions and changes to the project
  • Keep project meeting and appointment schedules to ensure all meetings and reports are properly addressed
  • Manage submittal program
  • Manage safety documents
