About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to lead service technicians throughout the San Antonio area. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a seasoned commercial HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, mentoring technicians, improving field performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to mentor technicians and manage multiple jobs or priorities
  • Professional communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable reviewing labor, materials, job costs, and performance metrics
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a lead technician, field supervisor, or service supervisor preferred
  • Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Experience working with large commercial equipment and complex mechanical systems
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, service-management software, ERP systems, or similar platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and provide technical support to commercial HVAC service technicians
  • Coordinate daily service calls, multi-technician projects, and emergency response needs
  • Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, replacements, and system start-ups
  • Review work orders, service documentation, job costs, invoices, and project progress
  • Ensure work meets safety requirements, HVAC codes, company standards, and customer expectations
  • Resolve escalated technical or customer-service issues
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, inventory, tools, and equipment
  • Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop technicians at all experience levels
  • Collaborate with dispatch, sales, installation, and service leadership
  • Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability
