This role involves developing and leading a sales team to be the premier supplier of equipment across all building types. Key responsibilities include actualizing account management strategies, sales planning, sales pipeline management, salesperson development and training, and sales activity. The manager will also establish and maintain long-term customer relationships with key and target owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors to influence opportunities and maintain account lists. This position supports the state of Louisiana, requiring the candidate to reside in Louisiana and travel within the state.
