About The Position

Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven home improvement sales professional who enjoys coaching reps, helping close deals, and building a team that consistently delivers results. Requirements

5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience
Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfortable using an iPad, electronic contracts, and sales presentation technology
Competitive, energetic, and results-driven

Nice To Haves

2+ years of sales management experience preferred
Experience with in-home sales and the 1-Day bath/remodeling concept preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives
Review scheduled appointments and help maximize opportunities
Run at least 5 sales appointments per week alongside reps for coaching and development
Join reps in the home to assist with presentations and closing
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Conduct cancel-save and rehash appointments to recover lost opportunities
Lead ongoing sales training and team meetings
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results
Help develop new reps and continuously improve sales performance
