About The Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the success of a community, driving sales the LGI way while leading and supporting a team of New Home Sales Consultants. You’ll actively sell homes and guide homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high sales performance.
- Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development.
- Set monthly goals.
- Lead weekly group training sessions.
- Actively sell homes and guide homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service.
