About The Position

Maintain and repair all equipment that pertains to heating and cooling all areas of existing building. Analyze, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to building equipment working from manuals, blueprints, work orders, and instruction. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members.

Requirements

• Equivalent to at least 2 years training associated with commercial heating and cooling repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License.
• This position is required to drive a company vehicle and adhere to the company MVR policy.

Nice To Haves

• 4-5 years experience as HVAC repairman is preferred.
• A universal refrigeration card is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all HVAC equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, check equipment function and operation, and recommend required maintenance action.
• Must be licensed to handle freon and knowledgeable in all OSHA regulations and requirements for handling and disposing of same.
• Test and tear down equipment and replace defective parts and component units such as motors, compressors, belts, hoses, and controls.
• Monitor boiler room equipment.
• Install or assist in the installation or relocation of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
