We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of HVAC services. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing daily field operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant vocational training is a plus
  • 1+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC or trades industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Rutherford and Davidson counties and surrounding regions is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the Smyrna, TN area and surrounding regions is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to customer locations based on urgency, location, and technician availability
  • Monitor field progress and make real-time adjustments to schedules as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and service expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer information in the dispatch software
  • Serve as the liaison between customers, field technicians, and office staff
  • Prioritize emergency calls and optimize routing for maximum efficiency
  • Provide support to the service department by updating job statuses and ensuring timely completion of tasks
