Responsibilities

Master the board by using capacity planning to balance demand calls and maintenance visits, ensuring the right technician is matched to the right call based on skill, geography, and opportunity.
Manage today’s calls while keeping a sharp eye on the week ahead, adjusting schedules dynamically as the weather and demand shift.
Handle high-volume incoming service requests during extreme weather and shift gears seamlessly during mild weather to schedule maintenance memberships and keep technicians’ trucks fully booked through outbound calls.
Communicate constantly with field technicians, tracking their parts requests, ordering components, and managing critical follow-up appointments.
