About The Position

Collaboration with a team of professionals, knowledge sharing, and supporting apprentices are also key aspects of the role. Requirements
- Several years of experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics.
- Ability to clearly communicate system issues and solutions to teammates and customers.
- Willingness to keep learning and sharing knowledge.
- Universal EPA refrigerant license.
- Open to travel as needed (50-75% of the time).
- Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices is required.
