About The Position

Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a family-owned business serving Central Texas for over 75 years, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for their HVAC Service Department. This role involves working with a team to schedule customers, resolve complaints, dispatch technicians, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Ability to commute/relocate to Round Rock, TX 78664
• Monday to Friday schedule
• On call availability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the HVAC/Construction industry
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, for on-call rotations

Responsibilities
