About The Position

Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for its HVAC Service Department. The representative works with the CSR team to schedule customers, address customer complaints, dispatch service technicians, and perform other assigned duties. The role is based in person in Round Rock, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with on-call rotations; additional pay is offered for being on call and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with coworkers and customers.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed for on-call rotations.
• Able to reliably commute to or relocate to Round Rock, TX 78664 (preferred).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Bilingual ability; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
