HVAC Customer Service/ Inside Sales
About The Position
We are currently hiring an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to work in our Plymouth, MN location. This position offers work from home flexibility after a required training period. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to manage a high volume of incoming customer phone calls and emails.
- High level of face to face customer interactions.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working within HVAC industry or distribution environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receives customer order correspondence and writes sales orders.
- Researches inventory items for customer orders.
- Assists customers in identifying what products they need.
- Supports outside sales personnel as needed.
- Attends sales meetings and training events as required.
- Reviews sales programs and promotions going on with Inside Sales Manager.
- Assists customers with back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, billing warranties, etc.
