About The Position

We're seeking a full-time HVAC Counter Sales Representative in Frederick, MD who can treat clients respectfully, provide incredible customer service, and ensure accuracy in everything you do. You'll help clients find the right equipment for the job and drive revenue for our local business. Our Frederick, MD location is expected to open in the next few months.

Requirements

• Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Current physical DOT card
• Clear, effective, and professional communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

• Experience in/knowledge about HVAC or a related trade industry
• College degree

Responsibilities

• Treat clients respectfully

• Take down HVAC equipment orders
• Speak with clients about our inventory
• Make sure all tickets/invoices are correct
• Answer questions

• Resolve any concerns preventing the client from making the purchase
• Appropriately handle returns and warranties
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
