About The Position

This role involves supporting HVAC construction projects through warehouse operations and delivery services. There are two levels: Level I (Entry Level) and Level II (Experienced). Both levels focus on managing materials, equipment, and deliveries, ensuring efficient operations and safety compliance within a warehouse environment with frequent local driving.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of warehouse, delivery, or construction support experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor.
  • Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn HVAC materials, equipment, and processes.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, delivery, or construction logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, tools, and equipment preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proven reliability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking materials and equipment.
  • Pick, stage, and organize materials for construction projects.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with deliveries to jobsites using company vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, yard, and vehicles.
  • Accurately label, track, and store materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Support inventory counts and warehouse documentation.
  • Assist with tool crib operations as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Perform additional assignments as requested/needed.
  • Independently receive, stage, and distribute materials for multiple projects and warranty returns.
  • Perform regular deliveries and pickups to job sites and vendors.
  • Verify delivery accuracy and ensure materials match work orders and tickets.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (as certified).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and service teams.
  • Assist with warehouse layout improvements and workflow efficiency.
  • Support training of Level I associates.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and compliance standards are maintained.
