About The Position

Christian Home Services is a leading residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company proudly serving homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and field technicians. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping our technicians and installers equipped with the materials they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Experience working for an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor is a plus
Experience using ServiceTitan and/or PLY software is highly preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Receive, load, unload, and organize HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and materials
Deliver parts, tools, and supplies to service technicians and installers in the field
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installations
Track inventory and materials using company software
Coordinate material requests and replenishment needs
Assist with shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries
Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments with warehouse operations
Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment as needed
