About The Position

Levine & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated, results-driven Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find heating and cooling solutions. The role is suited to experienced in-home sales professionals and HVAC technicians interested in transitioning into sales. The position is full-time, commission-based, and based in Southfield, Michigan, with travel to customers’ homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Compensation is described as $100,000–$150,000+ annually, with weekly pay, commission-based compensation, and bonus opportunities. The company provides leads through its in-house marketing team, repeat customers, referrals, and personal prospecting.

Requirements

At least 3 years of sales experience.
Strong in-home presentation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
Outgoing personality and drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Customer-first mindset built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Flexibility to meet customers on their schedules.
Valid driver's license.
