About The Position

R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full commissioned, experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor. This role is for a skilled HVAC Sales Tech looking to grow their career with an established and respected company. The position offers excellent pay through full commission, with the potential to earn $200,000 to $400,000+. A $300 sign-on bonus is also offered. Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC sales experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms
• Service-oriented
• Ability to establish a good rapport with people
• Respectful of others and their personal property
• Punctual and reliable
• Takes pride in work
