About The Position
Trinity in Peachtree City is searching for a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our GROWING team. This role is critical in driving sales for profitable installation jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- 2 years of Sales experience.
- Physical dexterity
Nice To Haves
- 1 years of HVAC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Inform customers about new comfort systems and assist them in achieving healthy, comfortable, and safe environments.
- Deliver effective sales presentations, aligning with company procedures, to highlight the value of our services.
- Oversee jobs from scheduling to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collections.
- Prepare accurate job proposals and pricing, adhering to company standards to ensure profitability.
- Obtain customer agreements, follow up on site visits, and maintain communication throughout the installation process.
- Closely with installers, department managers, and support staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and referrals from satisfied customers.
