  • HVAC Service Technician, Installer, Field experience.
  • Experience presenting financing options and closing residential sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales software platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage warm inbound leads from homeowners interested in HVAC replacement and upgrade solutions.
  • Review and vet incoming lead information.
  • Contact prospective customers and schedule your own appointments.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations.
  • Educate homeowners on equipment options, efficiency ratings, financing options, and system benefits.
  • Design and present HVAC replacement proposals.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
  • Work closely with the Owner and Sales Manager to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.
  • Close approximately 4–7 HVAC replacement contracts per week.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
  • Build trust through education, transparency, and honest recommendations.
  • Consistently follow company sales processes and procedures.
