As an HVAC Channel Manager, you will be the company's representative, conducting in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend optimal solutions for comfortable, energy-efficient homes. This role offers a generous, uncapped commission structure with potential earnings up to $200,000 annually.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in a consultative role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required, training is provided.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs.
  • Build strong rapport with potential clients and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC systems.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our high-efficiency HVAC products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through self-driven prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and sales best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client's satisfaction with their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to meet company-wide goals.
