About The Position
An HVAC manufacturing company is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to assemble heating and cooling equipment. The role involves working with metal components, hardware, and production tools. This is a full-time, long-term temp-to-hire position. Day and night shifts are available, with weekly pay of $18.00–$19.00.
Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC units and mechanical components.
- Install panels, brackets, insulation, and hardware.
- Use drills, impact drivers, wrenches, and hand tools.
- Measure and align parts according to instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality.
