About The Position

Perfect Service is offering an apprenticeship program to train individuals who want to start a career in HVAC. We are looking for talented individuals willing to learn the HVAC trade, work hard to advance within the company, and make Perfect Service a career. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a goal to become a long-term asset. You will be joining the largest residential heating & air company in Birmingham. HVAC is a trade that takes hard work and dedication. You will get dirty in crawlspaces and hot in attics, but you will be rewarded with a new skill and a way to support your family forevermore.

Requirements

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Have a good driving record
• Be 19 years or older
• Live within a 1-hour drive of our office in Trussville AL
• Willing to work hard and be dedicated
• Willing to get dirty in crawlspaces and hot in attics
