- Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor/outdoor job sites and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate tools/equipment and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installations.
- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Safely use HVAC tools and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
